Kathleen Fairbanks, J.D., Ph. D., Atty
Kathleen Fairbanks, whose Ph.D. is in educational psychology, has graded practice bar exams and tutored bar students for 23 years. She is highly successful in guiding students to pass. She has taught as adjunct faculty at several law schools, is a consultant on the accreditation of colleges and universities, and is a professor of graduate studies in Education.
"When I tutor bar students, I try to make certain they clearly understand the workings of each area of law in the settings in which it is tested, and not just rote recall of the words of the rules. I gain personal satisafaction from observing each student's improvement in written analysis, and I enjoy the excitement of success." |

Andrew Davies, J.D., Atty
Andrew Davies is on his way to becoming a super lawyer. Only 4 years out of law school, he is litigating major medical mal practice and major bicycle injury cases, and winning. He won several writing awards in law school, and won the Thurgood Marshall Federal Bar Moot Court Competition. He teaches evidence, moot court, and a non-credit course in bar exam skills, and was awarded "Teacher of the Year." He has graded bar practice exams and tutored bar students for 3 years.
"I enjoy helping people who have encountered adversities. Helping people over the hump is rewarding."
In his spare time, Andrew Davis is a competition bicycle racer and plays a mean guitar. "Please get your license and join my racing group." |

Elizabeth Moreno, J.D., Atty
Elizabeth Moreno has graded practice exams and tutored bar satudents for 6 years. She has taught law school courses in contracts and torts. Her students rave about her as a grader and tutor. She is smart, knowledgeable, clear, and kind.

Carla Moore, J.D., Atty
Carla Moore has graded practice bar exams for 5 years. She was a member of the Brazil Bar and is now a successful California Lawyer.
Our present students seriously admire her because of her knowledge, the patience to tutor students until they understand, and her general guidance in preparing students for the bar exam.
"I am a cautious grader, but I will explain what you need to do to improve your grade."
Carla Moore is fluent in several languages, was a child concert pianist, and is married to a full time professor of the collinary arts. We all envy her. |
